What makes Bellani Pets treats different?

Every Bellani Pets treat is made from a single, human-grade ingredient — nothing artificial, no fillers, no preservatives. We source our ingredients from trusted suppliers who meet the same standards we’d expect for our own food.

Each batch is handcrafted and freeze-dried in small quantities to preserve the raw nutritional integrity of the protein while locking in flavor and freshness.

Are Bellani Pets treats safe for all pets?

Our treats are designed for dogs (and many are safe for cats, too). However, as with any new food, we recommend introducing slowly — especially for pets with sensitivities.

If your pet has allergies or dietary restrictions, check the product’s ingredient list or reach out to us directly for guidance.

How should I store my treats?

Store your Bellani Pets treats in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or moisture. Once opened, ensure the pouch or jar is resealed tightly to maintain freshness.

No refrigeration is needed — our freeze-drying process naturally preserves the treats.

How long do the treats last?

Each batch has a 12–18 month shelf life from its production date when stored properly. For the freshest experience, we recommend consuming within 60 days after opening.

📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

All treats are made to order in small batches. Most orders process within 3–5 business days, followed by shipping times based on your location.
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at bellani.co@outlook.com for assistance with a custom quote.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing?

Please email bellani.co@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. We’ll review and provide a replacement or credit — we want every experience to feel right.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions make it easy to keep your pets’ favorite treats in stock. You choose your products and frequency — monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly — and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I skip or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing date directly through your customer account or by emailing us at bellani.co@outlook.com.

Will I be notified before I’m charged?

Yes. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal so you can adjust your order or skip if needed.

Where are your treats made?

All Bellani Pets treats are handcrafted in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area (DMV). We take pride in supporting local suppliers and ethical sourcing practices that align with our quality standards.

Are your ingredients organic or sustainable?

Many of our ingredients are sourced from responsible U.S. farms and fisheries that meet human-grade and sustainability standards. While not every batch is certified organic, all are held to uncompromising purity and traceability requirements.

Why are some treats more expensive than others?

Each protein has its own sourcing and preparation requirements — for instance, wild-caught fish or exotic meats often cost more due to their rarity and preparation time.
We prioritize quality over mass production to ensure every treat meets the Bellani Pets standard of excellence.
