Email us
If it's about an order
Including these in your first message saves a round of back-and-forth:
- Your order number
- A photo, if something arrived damaged or looks wrong
- A brief description of what happened
If it's about which treat to choose
Tell us about your pet: dog or cat, roughly how much they weigh, what they've reacted to before, and what you're hoping to solve. Whether that's a picky eater, a dog who needs something to chew, or a pet working through food sensitivities, there's usually a great place to start.
Every product page lists guaranteed analysis, calories per piece, and feeding amounts by body weight, so if you want to work it out yourself, everything you need is there.
Where we are
