Bellani Pets treats are made by hand in small batches in our home kitchen in Virginia. We aim to deliver your order quickly while maintaining the quality and care your pets deserve.
1. Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
- During holidays or restocks, processing times may extend slightly.
2. Shipping rates
- Orders over $100 USD ship free within the United States.
- Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
3. Carriers and delivery
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by region:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days (when available)
Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. Please note that Bellani Pets is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or incomplete addresses.
4. International orders
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Transit times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
5. Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
Bellani Pets cannot replace or refund packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
6. Lost or stolen packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first.
If further support is needed, email hello@bellanipets.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we'll help investigate on your behalf.
7. Packaging promise
All orders are carefully sealed to maintain freshness and quality during transit. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, because pets deserve premium treats that are kind to the planet, too.
