However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bellanipets.com and we’ll make it right.

If you sign up for a subscription plan:

You authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime before the next renewal date via your customer account or by emailing us.
Subscription orders follow the same return policy as above.
